A 1-star gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris

First, we must say that this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris may be a very famous place with a very famous Chef; it is not our favourite restaurant in Paris. For example, we are fond of Le Montparnasse 25 , La Fontaine Gaillon or Drouant which are maybe less famous but where the cuisine seems to have something more.

The courses of this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris are of course very refined and we recommend the Discovery Menu which is a good way to try different courses from starters to fish and meat. You'll also be able to try two desserts and sweets. The courses are at the same time refined, innovative, and very tasty and of course, with extremely good products such as foie gras or calves' sweetbreads. The desserts are worth keeping some room as they are uncommon and delicious. Try at least one of the many wines of this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris.

The setting is elegant but not too pompous and you will certainly like the very "French touch". At lunch time, the menu is only 55 euros which is a very good deal for Paris and for haute cuisine in France.

If you can't go to this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris, try Le Meurice or Le Bristol, two fantastic restaurants in Paris. If you want to find a nice terrace in Paris, go to Le Georges or Le Roland Garros in a very green environment.
