Among Michel Roth's creations you can choose the Brittany lobster and cardamom vinaigrette, fresh almond Riviera or the pas-roasted duck foie gras marble terrine with cherry chutney. As for the main courses, we recommend the roasted turbot with dried and confit fennel, zucchini aioli/aniseed sauce.
