This gourmet restaurant located in the French volcanic region has an amazing view of the region. The restaurant is located on the top of a hill and you will certainly feel that you've never had dinner in such a grandiose landscape.
If you like mushrooms, you will certainly want to go this gourmet restaurant in the French volcanic region as there is a "Menu Champignon" in Autumn with many different kinds of mushrooms such as morels, ceps and a chestnut soufflé. The "Menu Degustation" is perfect if you want to discover the Chef's many creations. The menu is 158 euros per person, with aperitif, 5 different courses, cheeses, desserts and sweets.
The waiters are extremely polite, thoughtful and present without being intrusive. The atmosphere is quiet but friendly and of course this gourmet restaurant in the French volcanic region has one of the most beautiful views I had ever seen.
The desserts can sometimes be a bit. weird. Chocolate and mushrooms do not seem to get along very well and same with ice cream and blue cheese. But apart from these eccentricities, the courses are magic and the use of local products is a real plus. If you can't go to this gourmet restaurant, try Le Meurice or Le Bristol, two fantastic restaurants in Paris. If you want to find a nice terrace in Paris, go to Le Georges or Le Roland Garros in a very green environment.
