A 3-star gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris

This gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris is worth a million times the price you pay and the fact that it is highly recommended to book before coming for dinner or lunch (where it is indeed a little less frequented). If you like modern art and an uncluttered setting, you will really feel at ease in this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris.

As for the food itself, it is perfect, brilliant and we had a wonderful time with our friends thanks to the savoury courses we had chosen. The starters were amazing and I had marinated red mullet fillets, old range tomato, cherries in gaspacho. while my husband had wild prawns which were perfect with a saffroned gaspacho.

The Chef masters every ingredient from meat to fish and my roast wild turbot with rice and green asparagus was something I will remember! You can also choose from lobster, truffled poulard with mushrooms or roasted sweetbreads.

Don't miss the cheeses which are seasonal cheeses you may have never seen before and which worth the price. The desserts are made by a very talented pastry cook and this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris offers many options with fruits in summer and chocolate in winter time. You can choose a bottle of wine but there are also very good special wines and champagnes by the glass.

If you choose the seasonal menu, it is served for the whole table. The seasonal lunch menu is a good deal and allows you to taste different courses and you will then certainly feel that you want to come back to this gourmet restaurant in the heart of Paris for dinner !

If you wish to try other gourmet restaurants while you are in Paris, go to Pierre Gagnaire, the best restaurant in Paris, Le Meurice, Yannick Aleno's gourmet restaurant or Le Bristol a luxury restaurant in Paris. You can also try the Montparnasse 25 and Apicius.
