3-star L'Astrance is an intimate restaurant located in a very small street close to the Tour Eiffel. This gourmet restaurant is very small too and we strongly recommend booking your table way ahead, otherwise you won't stand a chance. We had to book 3 months prior to our stay in Paris in order to make sure we were going to have a table at this very rare and intimate restaurant in Paris. The concept is simple, you come to this gourmet restaurant in order to be surprised, astonished, bewildered. This place is unique, as L'Astrance offers a very special and unforgettable culinary experience. Don't expect me to let you know more about the meals, the colours, the flavours, I won't tell you anything! This intimate restaurant in Paris needs to be discovered, felt. you cannot just imagine things, you must go ! Maybe you already know gourmet restaurants in Paris such as Le Montparnasse 25, Apicius or Les Ambassadeurs, which are very good restaurants we also recommend. But L'Astrance is definitely a unique experience, which we were lucky enough to live during our recent stay in Paris. The waiters are charming and they will help you to understand the meals, the ingredients and you can tell them if you are allergic to such or such ingredient or if there is something you dislike. They are very helpful and really friendly. The atmosphere is anything but pompous and you will feel at ease surrounded with the few other lucky guests who feel as pleased as you are to be having lunch or dinner in this intimate restaurant in Paris.
