A 3-star French haute cuisine restaurant

I don't really know where to start with, as I have just had one of the best culinary experiences in my entire life, in the totally wonderful French haute cuisine restaurant Apicius run by Chef Jean Pierre Vigato. We had planned to come to this French haute cuisine restaurant during our stay in Paris this summer and we had booked in advance in order to make sure we were not going to be disappointed and unable to try this French haute cuisine restaurant.

We are quite used to French gourmet restaurants and we already know Pierre Gagnaire, the best restaurant in Paris and other very good restaurants such as Les Ambassadeurs or Taillevent. So we had decided to try the French haute cuisine restaurant called Apicius and we were absolutely delighted by everything we ate there.

We recommend that you choose the Menu Surprise which is the best way to discover the creativity and talent of the Chef. Oysters and lobsters are magnified by Jean Pierre Vigato in a delicious starter. Then the main courses are here, in front of you and you don't even know if you are dreaming or if it is real. Everything seems so pure, so delicate that you hesitate to eat! Shall I keep it untouched.well of course not and the flavours take part of the magic. That's when you know that each ingredient has been perfectly chosen and that this French haute cuisine restaurant will never disappoint you as long as Jean Pierre Vigato is the Chef !

Just enjoy the place itself, the atmosphere and of course the haute cuisine and you'll thank us for having told you to give it a try.

If you wish to try other gourmet restaurants while you are in Paris, go to Pierre Gagnaire, the best restaurant in Paris, Le Meurice, Yannick Aleno's gourmet restaurant or Le Bristol a luxury restaurant in Paris. You can also try the Montparnasse 25 and Le Carré des Feuillants.

Apicius, grand restaurant Paris 8, Jean-Pierre Vigato en français !
